TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. DEFINITIONS
   In these Terms, the following words have the following meanings:

• "We" or "Us" means Crown Perth.
• "You" means any person using our services.
• "Services" means any and all services provided by us, including but not limited to gaming, hospitality, dining, entertainment, and loyalty program.

3. USE OF SERVICES
   You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You must also have a valid photo identification (such as an Australian Driver's License, Passport, Foreign Passport, NZ Driver's License, or State Photo Card) to access our premises.

4. GAMING RESPONSIBILITY
   We take gaming responsibility seriously and strive to provide a safe and responsible gaming environment. We may implement measures to prevent problem gaming, including but not limited to:

• Mandatory pre-commitment systems
• Weekly loss limits
• $10 maximum bet cap on electronic gaming machines (EGMs)
• Carded play on EGMs
  You acknowledge that our services are designed for entertainment purposes only and that you should never gamble more than you can afford to lose.

5. LOYALTY PROGRAM
   Our loyalty program, Crown Rewards, is subject to these Terms and Conditions. You must be a member of the program to participate in its benefits and rewards. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without notice.

6. PROPERTY RULES
   You must comply with all property rules and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Dress code requirements
• Smoking policies
• Food and beverage restrictions

7. PRIVACY
   We collect personal information from you for the purpose of providing our services and maintaining your loyalty program membership. We will use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request.

8. INDEMNITY
   You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and shall be construed in accordance with those laws.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We reserve the right to modify or terminate these Terms at any time without notice. You agree that it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for changes or updates.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.

12. WAIVER OF RIGHTS
    No waiver by us of any right under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any other right.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.

14. ACCEPTANCE
    By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

15. GOVERNING AUTHORITIES
    These Terms are governed by the authorities of Western Australia, including but not limited to:

• Gaming and Wagering Commission
• Western Australia Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries

We reserve the right to modify or terminate these Terms at any time without notice. You agree that it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for changes or updates.
